DESCRIPTION:
Silas Hoadley, Plymouth Conn., tall clock time and strike 30 hour wooden works movement w/ ivory bushings with second's bit at 12 o'clock in grain painted poplar case, c1820
CONDITION:
original dial is pretty good with minor paint loss above the 12. Hands do not match but replacements are available. There is a dry split in base of case. Mov't appears sound, but will need servicing; seconds hand is missing. Best part is the original finish on the case. Ht 86"
